Your First Visit
Your appointment will consist of a consultation where we will gather data and diagnose your endodontic needs. We will explain the diagnosis, discuss treatment options and outcomes in order to allow you to make an informed decision about your treatment. Often, treatment can be provided to you on the same day as your consultation.
Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:
- Your referral form and any X-rays if applicable.
- A list of medications you are currently taking.
- If you have dental insurance, please bring this information to your appointment. This will save time and allow us to assist you in determining available benefits and help process any claims.
- Please alert us if you have a medical condition that may be of concern or if you require premedication prior to receiving treatment.
- If you are apprehensive or fearful, please share this information with our scheduling team. Our goal is to help you feel comfortable and at ease at your appointment.
IMPORTANT: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18 at the consultation and treatment visits.
